CLAUDIO DIVA

The career of Claudio Diva begins at the end of 1970 and coincides with
the beginning of the story of the first private Italian radio. His passion
for Black Funky music and Electronic music helped him to be one of the most
important Italian dj's of this type of music.

At the end of 1980, Claudio Diva's career took a change. Thanks to the
acquired experience in discotecs, he became one of the first and most
fierce supporters of the almost unknown techno music. However, his success
came
from his work of A&R on the label Discomagic founded by Subway Records,
which was considered the first techno-progressive Italian label. It
produced
more than 250 records which included some important world hits. In 1995,
thanks to this work, his label received the "Stanton Award", a platinum
record,
as a recognition of his turning point.

Due to this work, Claudio Diva resident in important italian techno-clubs
like the
Ultimo Impero and Duple' and is a special guest in more than 200 Italian
and European clubs, such as the Magic Factory and Oxa Club in Zurich, the
Matrix in Berlin, the Titanic in Lugano, Qlub Tempo Amsterdam and many
others.

Claudio Diva has selected and mixed important dance and techno
compilations which helped make the series Trance Nation, Trance Base,
Technotraxx, Hard Trance, Techno Hardstyle
all dedicated to techno music. At the present time, Claudio Diva is on a
discotec tour to propose his dj-set, characterized by the hard techno &
tribal techno
sound that always distinguishes him.
